Motorcycle Crash Results In Hit-and-Run Driver Sought By Police
A motorcyclist in west Bradenton was struck by a hit-and-run driver earlier in March
The hit and run accident occurred at the intersection of 26th Street West and 38th Avenue West around 1:45 a.m. The victim, John McKinnon, 27 of Bradenton Florida, suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash.
Mr. McKinnon was injured when he was thrown from his motorcycle after the hit-and-run driver made a left turn on front of him. The Florida Highway Patrol is searching for a older model Oldsmobile with a blue top and white paint. The White Oldsmobile was damaged in it’s right front.
The Florida Highway Patrol is asking anyone with knowledge of the accident or location of the vehicle to to contact Trooper Barbara Ehrhart at 941-751-8350, ext. 31763.
