I-75 Accident in Parrish Kills One Injurs Two
A fatal accident occurred Sunday on interstate 75 at Moccasin Wallow Rd, Parrish FL.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just prior to 11:30 in the morning when a woman swirved to avoid a tire tread, over compensated and the SUV overturned at speed. The driver of the vehicle Lizza E. Blunt, 42, of Wesley Chapel was killed in the accident.
The other passengers in the Ford SUV, 27-year-old Timothy D. Portalatin of Wesley Chapel and 24-year-old Chistine A. Penn of Flushing, N.Y. , were flown by paramedics to Bayfront Medical Center in St., Petersburg.
