Reckless Motorcyclist Injured In Crash On Toedo Blade In North Port

A motorcyclist from Venice was in critical condition after weaving through traffic in the wrong side of the road on Toledo Blade Boulevard.

North Port Police stated that several people saw two motorcyclists weaving in and out of traffic at high speed on Toledo Blade – even in front of oncoming traffic.

One of the riders identified as Craig Fox a 24 year old from Venice lost control of his motorcycle swerved into a parking lot and was thrown from the bike. The crash happened at the 1600 block of Toledo Blade at roughly 5 p.m.

Fox was not wearing a helmet during the crash sustained serious injuries and was listed in critical condition after being flown to Blake medical center for treatment.

The other motorcyclist involved in the crash fled the scene and was not been identified by authorities yet.
