Bradenton Crash Leaves Motorcyclist In Critical Condition
Florida Highway Patrol reported a crash with injures Friday night between a motorcyclist and a sedan.
The accident happened when a motorcyclist identified only as a 61 year old man was riding his Yamaha motorcycle south on 38th Avenue East in Bradenton.
Just prior to 11:00 p.m. 45 year old Jennifer Riesenberger from Sarasota, entered 38th Avenue East from the intersection at 37th Street East and directly into the path of the oncoming motorcyclist.
With no time to react the motorcyclist slammed into the Honda Civic driven by Riesenberger the force of the crash resulted in the motorcyclist being critically injured. The man was taken to Blake Medical Center for treatment.
FHP has stated charges for Riesenberger are pending.
