Left-Turn Collision On Bruce B. Downs Blvd. Kills Motorcyclist
Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office announced a fatal crash on Bruce B. Downs Blvd., involving three vehicles.
The crash happened as eighty year old Geraldine Bedford, was traveling north on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and attempted to make a left turn onto University Plaza.
However Bedford failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and drove directly into the path of oncoming motorcyclist twenty year old Kristopher Graham. Graham was followed by another motorcyclist twenty-two year old Antoine Jones.
As Bedford cut across the southbound lanes Graham did not have time to avoid a collision and crashed into the passenger side of Bedford’s vehicle. As as result Jones, who was following Graham then slammed into Graham’s motorcycle.
Motorcyclist Kristopher Graham was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders, however Jones was taken to Florida Hospital Tampa with road rash on his legs and arms.
