Pickup Crashes Into Motorcycle In Sarasota
Florida Highway Patrol announced a collision between a pickup truck and a motorcycle in Sarasota that left the motorcyclist in serious medical condition.
According to FHP the crash took place prior to nine in the evening at the intersection of Fruitville Rd. and U.S. 301.
Witnesses stated that the force of the collision sent the motorcycle’s rider airborne causing the rider to slam into the roadway where they went limp.
Sarasota police responded to the accident and were interviewing witnesses and stated an investigation was ongoing.
The driver of the pickup truck was not harmed in the crash.
