Drunk Driver Hit, Injures Pedestrian On Hillsborough Avenue In Tampa Charged With DUI
Tampa Police have charged 34 year-old Rigoberto Ojeda-Leo of Tampa with Driving Under The Influence of with serious bodily injury, after Ojeda-Leo struck and seriously injured a pedestrian at the intersection of 42nd Street N and Hillsborough Avenue. The victim of the crash has not yet been identified by Tampa Police.
